ADJUST-A-SIZE SWEATBAND
This revolutionary invention is an adjustable sweatband permitting any style of Uniform Cap or Cap Frame to be adjustable to the appropriate head size, and cover a range of several sizes. In fact, the four available sizes, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large, replace 13 conventional sizes. And only two of those, Medium and Large, will fit 85% of our customers. The Adjust-A-Size Sweatband combines versatility with exact fit and has adjustable steps of 0.5 size.

SPECIFICATIONS
The Adjust-A-Size adjustable sweatband is a fully integral part of the Uniform Cap. It has the same smooth surface of a conventional sweatband. It is simple to operate: just fold the sweatband outward, exposing the adjustable mechanism, engage a specific size or half-size, then fold the sweatband back into the cap. The Adjust-A-Size adjustable sweatband has soft cushioned contact and shapes to the contour of the head; maximum comfort and a perfect fit assured every time.

The chart below shows regular hat sizes (from 6-1/2 to 8), how they translate in inches (indicating circumference of the head above the ears) and how both of these break down into Adjust-A-Size's four standard sizes.
